At Cazoo Motive LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness services and programs. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products & Online Programs

All sales of digital products, online coaching programs, workout plans, and downloadable content are final and non-refundable. Once access is granted or materials are delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership fees and subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, but no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

Coaching & Training Services

Payments for personal training, coaching sessions, or customized fitness plans are non-refundable once the service has begun. If a session is canceled by Cazoo Motive LLC, a reschedule or credit may be offered at our discretion.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases of billing errors or duplicate charges. Any such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
